Hi, I'm Jiayao. I've spent my life in rooms that weren't built for me — the youngest, the foreigner, the only one — working twice as hard and holding it all quietly. More than once, the stress pulled me under. Each time, I found my way back up, and learned the same truth: we're only ever as good as where our minds are.
That's why I created The Unnoticed Studio. Mental health coaching is where it all came together: my psychology training, my own story, and the years I spent figuring it out alone. I know how heavy it gets when you carry all the emotions by yourself. Walking with you along your journey to find the way is what I do best — and the most meaningful work I've found.
